Frank J Rinaldi and FJR Home Remodeling have completed several renovations and new construction in our home and investment property in the period from 2001 through 2013. All of the work has been successfully completed, is in line with all New York City building codes and also according to the standards of the NY City Landmark Commission as our primary home is located within a land marked district. It isclear from the work that has been done that Mr. Rinaldi is highly qualified contractor and clearly has strong, deep knowledge of the construction industry. The interior work completed for us has ranged from 3 bathroom renovations, a high end kitcken remodel, finishing a basement and installing a wine cellar. The exterior work included wood siding replacement and the upgrade of a  two car garage. The investment property 3 apartments that were competely  renovated, 3 kitchen, 3 bathrooms and new sheetrock, taping and painting and doors through out the building.We have anjd would continue to recommend Mr. Rinaldi and his firm to any indiviidual seeking a contractor.
