I highly recommend Brian Alston. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We listed my parent's house for sale with his agency. We had 3 offers within 2 days of listing the house. We live in another state and Mr. Alston kept in constant contact with us by email and phone. He was always available and guided us through an emotionally difficult process. The house was in need of major repairs so Mr. Alston suggested a flat rate commission to allow for any fluctuations in the price. The rate was well below his usual commission rate. Because we were in another state, he took care of some things that the sellers would normally do. He even emailed us when he was on vacation! We always felt that he was working in our best interest. He made a difficult situation bearable. Words can't explain how helpful Mr. Alston was. It was truly comforting to have someone so trustworthy represent us.
