Got everything done from soupp to nuts on my car in 90 minutes plus took another 15 minutes to show me how to use it all. Could not have been better.

Found out about this place from an Internet search. Had to wait a while because I didn't have an appointment. The lady was very nice. I'm satisfied

Many fans of Doren stopped in during the time I was there to buy more things and kept saying very nice things about them.A few seemed to be "regulars." I live a distance away but went there because I read so many bad reviews on line of sloppy work, high pressure sales tactics and not standing behind warranties elsewhere that I drove the extra distance to go to Doren. I would go back. Maybe when my wallet is fatter, I will get new speakers to go with the new radio. If I do, I would trust them to sell me what will sound good and not what they are trying to sell. Moishe told me that my car would sound like a concert hall if I upgraded but no pressure at all. It is nice to know that some people still run their business with care and pride of doing the best job they can.

There was a large selection of models to choose from, but I was never pressured into buying a specific model/brand. Very helpful and professional. The price (including installation) was very reasonable, and quickly done. A great service with knowledgeable staff.

After several months of searching for a solution, I found THE place!
My old '99 Toyota's last remote (of 2) was malfunctioning. I got locked out of the car a couple of times. To resolve the issue I tried everything from changing its battery to taking the car to auto alarm shops to searching and ordering from the internet twice.
Auto alarm shops quoted me from $100 to remove the alarm altogether (it's an old car anyway) to $350 + to replace the alarm system. Internet replacements were from $34 and up plus a trip to the Toyota dealer to help me install the thing for $95.
On a cold night I drove to the Doren shop. I saw a lady at the counter and a couple of gentlemen going back and forth to the back. I waited my turn for 20 minutes. As I waited, I noticed that the lady was deeply engaged with one customer in explaining a solution to him and I thought, if I wait because she gives good service, then I'll gladly wait. When my turn was up, she listened carefully to my dilema and said "we have options for you. The first, we'll replace this old remote with a new one. We have one for $60. Another option if this doesn't work is.." I interrupted and said to try it. She then proceeded to open my old remote and explain why and how it went bad and what part was not working (the switches I thought were not making contact were actually fine but she showed me that the circuit board was shot!). She said to pull up the car by the garage and she'll have it installed in 5 minutes... for free!. Sure enough! that's what happened. Can you beat this? A wonderful lady, very knowledgeable, courteous, patient, caring. Service gentlemen that take care of your care in "no time" and a price I gladly paid! Old world, class service with new technology at great prices!
