Demo Bros Corp

I can't say enough good things about this company! I recently bought a house and there was a dilapidated shed in the backyard I wanted removed. I sent out several emails to get estimates for the project and while several companies responded, Demo Brothers were were the most responsive by far. After several emails I was convinced they were the best choice. I notified them and we set a date. The entire process took a few weeks and it was totally because of me. Before I could commit to have the shed demolished I had to find a replacement shed AND get a date for installation. I guess that could be the reason several of the companies stopped responding after a couple emails. But James was different, and when I say James was different I mean he was terrific. I sent several emails asking questions when I got home after work, which was often after midnight. Not only did I always have a response the next morning, I saw most if not all of them were responded to within an hour of my sending it! I finally got an installation date for the new shed and was able to make a date to have the old shed removed. Based on the photos I sent and an in person inspection of the shed, James said he could have it done in 2 days. The shed was 16x20 and made of cinderblock with 7 foot walls, a rotting roof and a cement floor that we had no idea of its thickness. The day before demolition began James brought the dumpster to the house and said they would be back Saturday morning at 7am to begin. At 7am my phone rang. James was at the front door. I had to leave for work but I talked to him several times during the day. The initial estimate was 2 days at most, more likely a day and a half. The last time I talked to James was 2pm on Saturday to let me know they that taken down the shed, taken up the floor, hauled off the wood and filled the dumpster and prepared it to be taken away! 2pm! They reduced the time from 48 to 36 to 24 and finally 7 hours! It was a case of 4 guys getting down to business and knowing what had to be done and the best way to do it! When i got home that night and saw what they did I couldn't be happier. The only thing they left was a hole where the shed stood which I plan to fill with several cubic yards of topsoil. In short, this is the company to get if you need anything done.

I hired Demo Bros to do a clean out of my basement and removal of some other miscellenious furniture and construction debris.
James, Jose and Ralf were punctual and professional. We had met a week prior to discuss what I needed done and Jose gave an estimate of the job. Everything was done in one day , it included removal of some sheetrock walls around the boiler room and cleaning out the entire basement. The guys were very patient  and efficient and the job cost exactly what the estimate was.

It went well i think. Jose was the partner of Demo Bros who came to do the work and he was punctual and quick with the work. He filled two 10 foot box trucks with the stuff i wanted removed. I was trying to empty out my basement of the years of junk and clutter. I was also having my bathroom on the second floor redone but the contractor i hired didnt want to remove the waste. Thankfully Demo Bros took it all away and in a few hours the job was done. The even left it clean swept .

I found this company through Angie's list and left them a message. Almost a hour later I was called by one of the two partners of the company, we set up a time for him to come over to price out the apartment. His hours were extremely flexible since I work during the day and don't come home until late. So he came after I got home. I'm doing a full remodel of the apartment but the building group in my complex limits the amount of work I can do on my own without hiring a licensed contracted. We agreed on a price for the tile removal, as well as the removal of a few cabinets and rugs. They came on a Monday morning and we filed all the paperwork and permits that the management requires and then they were off to work. I gave them the keys to work in the apartment, it took them one day to break up the tiles and half a day to remove the debris and other garbage. It was smooth and quick, and in the second day I payed them by check. I'm currently putting some money away to hire them again to remove the tiles and redo the walls in the bathroom.
