Blue Nails

Although the experience was not terrible, it was not quite as satisfying as some other visits I have had to other neighboring nail salons. I found all the services to be higher priced than most of the nail salons in the area. The salon was clean and had a sleek modern decor. The nail technician I got was OK. She was neither terrible or fantastic. She just did the services and that was that. She was pleasant but in a distant kind of way. Toward the end of the services, I felt sort of rushed as it was getting a little busier and people were waiting. The chair massage was the worst. I thought it would be in one of the private rooms. I should have asked ahead. Sadly it was in the middle of the salon in front of a big plate glass window. It was rushed and impersonal. Do not get that service at this place. You will be disappointed. I don't know what I was expecting, but I guess a wanted a more personal warmer experience. My experience was very mediocre and bland. I guess since the reviews I saw online were pretty good I expected a really special experience. If you just want a place to just get your nails done and get out, I guess this place will do. If you are expecting to feel pampered and special, keep looking elsewhere.

They're a chain. My husband and I have been going to them for years. I think they're relatively decent. We also had foot massages and leg massages. They know what you want. The person we had is a good communicator. They go out of their way. Sometimes, I have to tell them no. They tie your shoes for you, but that's how they are.
