+ -1 moreHad 2003 Linc Navigator brought into Aamco shop. Left it there and went to work. Call from and quot;Louieand quot; that afternoon and he stated its not the tranny its the engine. Says further diagnostic tests will cost me $380 to find out what the problem is. Went to pick up car because I will not pay $380 for diagnostics. and quot;Louieand quot; was not present at time of pick-up. Shop owner (don't remember his name) tells me I need a new engine and suggests I leave the car there. He talks to me about and quot;Louie'sand quot; problems ad nauseum! Totally inappropriate in the work place. Took it to my mechanic that is not on Angie's list and he fixed my engine for $400. Turned out to be the O2 sensors. Could have paid a lot for unnecessary repair work.

Description of Work: Recently purchased a used BMW and much to my surprise it broke down and was towed to my home . After making several calls I selected this shop to have them check it out . Not only did they provide a explanation and a complete price ...which they stuck to, but the car now works better than it ever did. Both Lou and Rich made me feel comfortable but were also very understanding that this expense was not expected.Tthanks to this guys a bad experience was not so bad after all
