Lou Villanova was recommended to me by a friend. The first job he did for us was actually the biggest, which was our new boiler. He gave us a lot of options and advice based on his experience with different systems. He worked very quickly and was concerned about getting the heat up and running before winter because we had a newborn in the house at the time. After that I've called him for a leaky faucet that my husband tried to fix but couldn't, and a toilet handle that kept falling off and was driving us crazy - and my husband tried to fix but couldn't. Both times Lou gave us all our options in terms of getting a replacement part vs. a whole new toilet or faucet, and special-ordered a part for our toilet because they don't make them anymore. Overall he is very professional and has a lot of experience, also very nice.
