The overall experience was not pleasant. The builder was very nice and agreed to everything in the beginning, then turned and became very nasty to me, his customer, very unprofessional! I was charged for work that was supposed to be included and some of the work was completed half way. I am now still fixing baseboard covers falling out of the wall and still have to wait for him to come back and finish my central air. The price of the house was fair but all the extras I paid for in the end was very unfair!
