I must say if this guy would only come out quicker to do the work I have for him, he would be great. The quality of the work he does is excellent. He really listens to what I want and need and his prices are fair. Actually, I would even go as far as to call them good. He is just not one of those people who is good at punctuality. The thing is, his work is great. He has built a brick wall for us that is great and that we love. His landscaping is also the picture exactly of what I wanted. Really, you just have to be persistent with getting him to do maintenance type work, but the work he does is great. He is also not real punctual with his billing, but he just might be one of those people who is like that.
