pool cleaners
+ -1 moreI would have expected more information about how to use the filter and fix the drain issue that we will have when it rains.He certainly is not a professional. And his attitude is less than professional
Description of Work: Neil was recommended to install our 12 foot above ground pool by where we purchased the pool. He told us he would be here between 2-2:30 and showed up closer to 4 p.m. They were not helpful in explaining the filter or how to maintain the pool as we were told he would give us this information. He also neglected to tell us that he could not install the ladder. He also got angry with us when I questioned why he didn't tell us up front.I do think he was overpriced and was not honest. I would never recommend him and I am sorry we used him John & Mary Buzzurro
