This was the first time I used this company and they were great. On time, professional, thorough without taking too long.

Service went well. I use this company whenever they have the specials. They currently are offering their fall special for heating for $109.00. They do not have a yearly warrantee for residences. Only for businesses. I still use them since he constructed a special heating and cooling system to fit my condo/townhouse specifications. He does not cut corners, above board, and is honest. He will have hardware made to order to fit your system.

I have probably used them for 12 years. The guy is not a plumber, but he does some plumbing. The price I spent included tax. They are hard to get hold of a little bit, but they are very responsive once you get hold of them. He does return calls. He is a smaller company so you don't always get a person. Sometimes you get an answering machine. It is not a major problem because he always returns the calls. It's a small shop and he has got 5 or 10 guys. It's not a sole proprietorship. He has got guys working for him. All the people coming here have been very professional. They have to go into the basement and into the attic. In our home there is a furnace in our attic and there is one in the basement. They always put on the cloth boot things so they don't track stuff into the house. Whenever they want to do anything, they always talk to you about it so you know what it is they want to do. I have had them do a number of different repair jobs for me over the years and they have always given me a competitive price. It is usually the lowest price. It's not always the lowest price, but there is not a substantial difference between their price and somebody else since I know the quality of their work. If I know somebody is doing a good job, I don't go looking for somebody to mess up. When I first started using him, I had to call him up because a particular part of the furnace failed. He came in and repaired it and maybe 3 or 4 weeks later it failed again. He came back and replaced it at no charge. He stood behind his work. He has always stood behind his work. In the 12 or 13 years I have been using him, I have only had one situation where he put a part in and it failed unexpectedly. There were no questions. He didn't argue with me. He just came, took care of it, and left. He is excellent. The price is very good. I have never been unhappy with the price. Sometimes you want somebody right away. He gets right back to you, but he is not as responsive as my pest control guy. He is in the next county up. Somebody has to be here for them to do the work. They set a time and they always give you a range and they are always here within that range. If they are not going to be here in that range, they let you know. You have to interact with these guys. They always talk to you about what they are doing and why. They never do anything without getting an approval in terms of cost. They don't come in and fix something and give you this big bill. They always come in and look at it. They tell you what's wrong and if it needs fixing. They tell exactly what it's going to cost to get it fixed. They fix exactly when they say it's going to be fixed and you pay them what they ask for. You always have a chance to say that you want to find someone else.

He was very knowledgeable about ductless units and what needed to be done. I did think the price was high for 2 hours of work!

They took care of the problem. It was pretty simple. The reason I used them was because they were available on short notice. They were able to come right away. They were effective. They did a good job. This year I called them and they did not call me back, so I went with another company. Responsiveness was an issue.

Took a few days to get service but technician seemed knowledgeable and was very neat and courteous. Did not rate on price because I did not get any other estimates.

It went excellent. I liked them because they were high quality and the mechanic was very experienced. There was also a good value for the price.

We were happy with this company. Honestly, we called them because we saw their stickers on our units so we thought they had installed them. It turned out they had not but we used them anyway and they were totally great. We would use them again.
