Frank responded to my inquiry within hours and visited to provide an estimate in less than a week.  His workers have so far been prompt on days expected, and have carried out meticulous work.  Very neat and thorough.  He is definitely on the expensive side, but I saw what $20 less per week got me last year, so so far, I'm happy to pay it!

He is very smart. He does what he says he will do. He shows up dependably. When he shows up he is on time . He take pride in his work. Occasionally his pricing seems to be sort of random. Sometimes it is inappropriately expensive. When I am unhappy I let him know and he makes adjustments.

The work was done in a very expedient and professional manner. The owner of the company, Frank Salubro, checked on the work every day and sometimes more than once per day, and had several suggestions which reduced costs and proved to be workable. The work was done for the amount agreed to which was several thousand dollars less than the next nearest quote which actually proposed some unnecessary work and did not include some of the work that turned out to be required. Over-all, we were delighted with this company's performance and with its fair pricing for a quality job.
