After moving into our house and discovering the oil tank at the 1/8 mark, I called Fowler for assistance. It was the same day in which a major snow storm was scheduled to hit in the evening. The home office told me that they couldn't ensure same day delivery but would make every effort to come by. They arrived that afternoon with the service tech being professional and friendly. I was also asked if I wanted my boiler serviced since it had last been done 2 years ago. Will definitely use them again.

THEY'RE VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO COME, SO YOU'RE NOT WAITING FOR THEM. HE CLEANED UP THE AREA WHEN HE WAS DONE. THERE WAS NO SOOT. THE PEOPLE THAT USED TO COME LEFT BLACK FINGERPRINTS ON EVERYTHING.
