I hired Dale to rebuild my house in Csrmel NY after a fire.
He took the insurance money and built a shell.
He refused to finish even though there was 30K left in the account to finish.
I suspect because he only built a shell, he knew that was not enough for him to actually finish.
I think he would not release me to finish the house with another contractor because he knew he would be discovered as a fraud.
RUN AWAY FROM WORKING WITH HIM!

Horrible. He wouldn't finish the job. Wouldn't get his lawyer to get money from Bank Of America he kept saying he was owed. Wouldn't release me so that I could hire someone else to finish the house. Ruined my credit. Cost me thousands of dollars. Have to foreclose. So much stress. Shame on him.
