complete scam. Do not even waste your money. All they care about is their "service fee" which is them just telling you what you already know is wrong. They don't even care if they fix your problem. They would just rather have people pay $180 for them to come to your house and tell you there is a problem.

This went poorly. Was charged "diagnostic" fee twice. Every time a different problem. It is still not fixed and the owner suggests I spend another $300 to replace all the lines. I will go to someone else before I will give him another $300. I am seeking another repair person for my future appliance repairs.

"We responded to your ice maker issue and found a straight forward problem with the fill tube supplying water to your ice maker, out of alignment, and spilling water all over in your freezer. After cleaning up all the ice and reinstalling the fill tube, the ice maker was left working with no issues. (only a diagnostic fee was charged) One month later we responded to a "no ice again" call, where we diagnosed no water coming to the ice maker at all. (As stated, a different problem) We diagnosed dried and cracked water lines behind the refrigerator at the water valve. (clearly a different issue) Attempting to remove the brittle portion of the water lines to reconnect them, it was determined that the water lines were badly dried out and would crack again if they weren't replaced. This was NOT a repair and clearly needed further work to be done. Another diagnostic fee was charged and was part of the completion of the job that required another visit to the house to replace all of the water lines that are 18 years plus old. A complete water line set is not standard inventory."

Horrible! Three visits and dishwasher is still not fixed. Totally ridiculous. Huge bills and no help.

"Dishwasher was originally repaired on 11/4/13 for a ripped door gasket. To our knowledge, unit was repaired and working at this time. On 12/30/13, another diagnosis was made of a hole in the drain hose made by a mouse, resulting in the need to replace the hose - clearly different from original repair. Customer did not call back to have repair completed until 6/18/14. (6 months later - this repair was never paid for.) Again, unit was repaired and working after our visit. Aside from this complaint and a call from the appliance dealer, Absolute Repair has not received any calls back from customer regarding the unpaid bill or any problems with the repairs that were made. We check the operation of all work completed before we leave a home and guarantee all our work."

1st visit, diagnose the LG washer machine and order parts, of which it gave an error code FE (which we informed them of the code on the phone), which meant that valves had to be replaced, cost of visit $155.
2nd visit, 7 working days later, came back around 9:15am, and installed the valve parts. Cost of that visit including parts $170.00
Total cost without tax $325.00

jonathan came to our house twice. he came to repair our viking stove but also looked at our dishwasher and made some small tweeks without charging us. he was no only very knowledgable about the stove and the specifics around production details, he also know exactly what was wrong. he was friendly, punctual and did a great job. the phone staff was easy to work with and overall the company made a great impression on us.

It was a horrible experience. The service people were rude and incompetent. Each time we called, they couldn't come for a week, so the whole thing dragged out to over 3 weeks. It turned out to be a trivial problem and they weren't able to identify it because they refused to listen to anything we have to say -- the service person who came out on the 3rd visit decided that the problem was the same as before, without even looking at the dishwasher again, even though when the problem was correctly diagnosed by someone else, it has no relation to what the first problem was. Overall, we were very displeased, and will never use them again.

This is the second time in six months that I've used Absolute Repair. The two technicians repaired or diagnosed a total of four appliances. I was totally satisfied both times. The technicians were intelligent and genuinely interested. They immediately knew what to do about each problem. They went out of their way to explain the appliances and the repairs. I found one of the technicians washing the greasy vent filter in the sink, which wasn't part of the job.

My dishwasher wasn't working, so I called. The owner came out and went through the entire dishwasher to find the problem. The problem was just that the pump was clogged, so he only charged me for his time. I feel like he didn't charge me enough. He did a nice job. He was so thorough, which impressed me the most.

I called and told the office manger the problem. She was clear in stating that they are very far from my address and would come when they had more than one job in my area. She promised that a technician would call to ask me some details. He called right on time, and unlike many other companies, heard my story, and told me that they would order the necessary part, and then call to schedule a date to perform the work. They called in a couple of weeks, and told me a technician was going to be in my area and asked if it was convenient. He showed up right on time, and charged no more than any one else, despite the travel. Also unlike others they did not insist on a deposit to order the part, They also did not insist that a technician had to visit to make a diagnosis but took my word for the assessment of the problem. John, who came to perform the work was punctual polite, and professional. I will certainly use them again- they were gracious, polite and true to their word throughout the process.
