Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Update all the electrical,install ceiling exhaust, new toilet,vanity, laminate floor in bathroom and hallway. I had no railings at top of stairs so they designed one. Refinished my stairs. Once I contracted with them they were there the next day as I had water leaks. They were very accommodating to anything I wanted. They got me out from a real mess."
