I purchased new blinds for every room in my house after replacing the windows. Lorraine was my in home consultant and she was very professional. During the process I made a change in the order before placing it and Lorraine handled that very well too. I'd work with her again any time. Where I had (and am still having) a problem with Smith and Noble was with the installation. I was told when I received the product to call them back and within three day someone would contact me to schedule the installation. That process began three weeks ago and I still have not heard from the installer and just today was told to wait for a call until Friday. I have four weeks to register an issue about my purchase and the blinds will not be installed in time. Based on the installation issues, I would not recommend Smith and Noble unless you plan on doing the work yourself.

THEY HAD A VERY GOOD RESPONSE. THEY RETURNED MY CALLS RIGHT AWAY. THEIR PRICING WAS VERY GOOD. IT WAS WHAT I EXPECTED TO PAY. THEY WERE EXCELLENT.
