Ordered part promptly. Arrived on time to do service. Completed repair within 3 hours. Hot tub now working properly.

I first called ultra- wire in july '12. Ray Perrone, the owner of the company.came to my house to diagnose why my hot tub was leaking.His initial assessment was that the pumps.( of which there are three) were leaking, and that it would cost 500 dollars a peice to replace them.By the end of this first visit ( he came to my house twice), he determined that if he could get replacement seal kits for the pump motors, that that might solve the problem.He returned weeks later with the and quot;new sealsand quot; that he alledgedly ordered from jacuzzi.Isay aledgedly because what transpired was about 5 MONTHES of delays, excuses,(he told me that he was having trouble ording parts from Jacuzzi because they had frozen his account for non payment) and infuriating telephone calls.Finally in an attempt to solve the problem, I called Brads Barns,the only jacuzzi dealer in the hudson valley,to ask for help.It turns out that Ray Perrone is the sole technician in our area thats authorized by Jacuzzi to repair their tubs!!Brads Barns contacted ultra-wire and explained to Ray that I had called them.. and thats when it turned ugly.Ray Perrone and I had an email and telephone exchange over the next several weeks that was more of the same, and increasingly more hostile.The final kiss off was in an email peppered with homophobic insults and a declaration that I should and quot;kiss his a**and quot;.To date, I have WAITED 5 MONTHES,and spent 180 dollars on a box of worthless used parts from Rays garage.My spa is half filled with water,broken,there are about 40 11/2 inch scews in a cup by the access panel that were never put back, and to top it all off, ther isnt an accredited Jacuzzi technician within 80 miles to help me.This guy is exactly the opposite of what the accolades he himself pasted all over his website proclaims.He also, apparently, thinks homosexuals arent allowed to have problems with their hot tubs.I have saved all the emails associated with our correspondance.Be careful with this little man!

very well, Ray was reliable, pleasant and very helpful. His fee was reasonable considering the high price of the part itself. I would definitely recommend him.

It's a short story. We called, made an appointment, he showed up when he said he would, made the diagnosis and told us what the problem was and when he would be back with the part needed to fix the problem. He came back when he said he would, fixed the problem and it's been working fine ever since.

Ray was great, called me right away and was able to come over within a weeks time. He knew where to cook first and had the repair finished in about an hour.
