Job took longer than expected but most of the time was waiting for a part from Toyota so can't really say it was Bogart's fault. Communication was a little slow but everyone was very nice and professional. By the time the work was complete, I was not available to pick up the car. They were nice enough to drive out to the house and pick up my girlfriend so she could drive the car home. That's excellent service!

My experience with him went fine. He is pretty much always available. He has a towing service. He will bring my car into his garage if I get broke down. He can address the issues that some other local shops cannot approach. I have no problems with him. The price is fair and is the market price. It is not cheap but about typical what is at other places.
