WINSLOW SONS & DAUGHTER INC REFRIGERATION & HEATIN

I need a new oil tank installed in my basement. They came for a quote as promised. They were really nice. Took pictures, measurements, and pointed out a few things I hadn't thought of. They said, "Give me two days and I will get you a quote." I never heard back from them. I called at two weeks and then a few days later. They said, "I think Debbie is handling that." Still nothing. I was considering signing a service contract with them. I wouldn't want to bet on this team if your pipes were freezing.

I cannot praise Tony Winslow and his boys highly enough.
In February 2007, shortly after we moved in, the oil burning furnace died. We had no heat, It was a Friday afternoon, and I was home with my infant son. I called the man who was listed on the furnace as the one who serviced it and he said he was swamped and told me to call Tony Winslow.
Within an hour of my call to Winslow's Sons and Daughter, Tony's son came to the house with space heaters and said Tony would be here over the weekend and he actually showed up - in person - on Saturday. After speaking to him about all of our options, we decided to replace the oil burning furnace with a cheaper, higher-efficiency LPG unit. And, because we already had the duct work, for a price slightly higher than an oil burning furnace, we had central air conditioning installed as well! Greatest thing we ever did was call Tony Winslow! He was patient, well-informed and incredibly professional. All of the young men who work for him are terrific!
Since that job, we have had a LPG clothes dryer and washing machine installed by Tony Winslow and he returns for regular maintenance on the heating and A/C units.

They were timely, extremely clean and respectful of me and my space. Their only glitch was waiting for other trades to do what they had to in order for Winslow sons and daughters to continue the next step.
January - installed heat/hot water, so everyone else could work w/hall bath, kitchen sink and heat.
March - plumbed the master bath after stud construction was complete
April - ran gas lines for new stove and fireplace
May - plumbed the refrigerator, kitchen sink and made a drain for my washer where there was none before
June - fixed the air conditioner, tested the steam shower (had to wait for the glass folks to do their thing (3 months)
August - snaked the lines 60' out to some old clog, house had been empty for 1+ year.
September - we finished the bill and had cookies together.

Very thorough...professional...no problems...
