Long and short...the work was well done however...there was one location where they had wires caught between the sheet rock and the ceiling beam so when the electrical was done and the wires were removed the sheet rock moved and screw pops came through the freshly put up and painted ceiling. Called Brian and he said he would address it. Weeks went by he stopped returning phone calls and 2 years have gone by and I had to address the issue myself, redoing work that he should have completed. It's a shame because the rest of the work he did was good and I would have given him more business, he just was not responsible for the mistake the crew made.

Overall Grade is a C because of the lack in responsiveness and the failure in professionalism to address the issue they created. Pricing was good. Scheduling was good and showed up on time each day. But when they were done and had the check...they were done regardless of the issue found afterwards.
