Veith's attention to detail is truly evident in their work. For example, the transfer switch that they installed is the best looking panel in our basement (they mounted it on a grey wooden frame, which matches the color of the transfer switch). Veith Electric showed up early for a last minute appointment (in fact, they arrived early for all the appointments). After the installation, Dana Veith carefully showed me how the generator and transfer switch worked. He was patient with my questions and repeated technical details so that I understood.
When you have a tight budget, an accurate estimate is critical and Veith proved themselves to be forthright. The bill was actually a few dollars less than the proposal. I am fortunate to have found Veith Enterprises on Angie's List, and I highly recommend them.
In preparation for winter of 2014 ,we requested a new contractor to review tape and make recommendations. He recommended a different tape asking us to review the tape functions before to insure that we also approve.
The electrician arrived on time and during inclement weather at that . With humor , he joked about possibility of rain stopping before he was able to finish the job.
We waited for winter to pass before making Angie review , although we found the company very professional .
Winter has passed, and the tape worked very well ! Much to everyone's relief !
Would we hire from this company again - you bet !
We intend to employ them for routine service check on building to insure that tape is working well etc etc .
Thank you guys! at Veith Electric
I found the Veith Team to be professional, knowledgable and fair. I will use Veith again when I need Electrical work. I will also recommend Veith to anyone who asks
A group of several electricians worked an entire day to separate the rats nest of electrical wire (the house has been through many configurations in its 150 year history) onto 4 separate panels. They finalized their work a few days later with the electric company and we received the certification of the job a few days later. Everything went extremely smoothly and the entire experience was extremely positive. I would highly recommend this company. It was an absolute pleasure working with Don.
The two electricians who performed the work were great. They communicated what work the expected to get done each day, made suggestions about where things may be placed most practically while doing the least amount of damage to our walls and gave adequate warning when our requests would result in wall/ceiling damage.
I felt like we paid a fair price for a good deal of work, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future electrical needs.
My phone calls were answered promptly and the technicians arrived on time, were professional and completed the work in a very competent manner. All work was done to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use Veith Enterprises for any additional electrical work in the future.
I highly recommend this company.
