Tancredi Lawn and Property Maintenance

This company is awful, don't let the old reviews fool you. Not only do they tear up the yard and any decor or decorations you may have (they mowed right over my Halloween decorations and destroyed them - TWICE!), but they can't seem to stop sending me delinquency notices every month since November even though I have mailed them copies of the cancelled checks (twice!) and left them voicemail (they never answer the phone by the way).

We've used Tancredi landscaping for many years now in the Town of Poughkeepsie and they are hands-down the most ethical company around in that they charge really fair prices for outstanding work. I try to get a "workout" in every couple fall seasons and try to do the leaf cleanup etc myself and I'm quickly reminded why I'd rather have Tancredi do it, because they do work that's close to perfection and in a fraction of the time compared to me. Also, I know they don't charge over-inflated prices like most of the other landscaping companies in the area. Additionally, the owner Scott is very friendly and available to speak to tweak/alter services, and he is always accommodating. A+ in my book!

They always do an excellent job. Each of the 3 man team has his own job.... or they sometimes work to get one big job done.( such as blowing away debris, raking,mowing) and they also have the best of commercial equipment. I have been using him for at least 4 years. His crew of workers are hard working and do a great job. Don't know how many crews he has, but don't really care.They do in a matter of a few hours what it would take me days to do, as I have a huge amount of trees that shed their leaves every fall. I am not able to do it anymore, as it is just too much. He usually comes by to see how things are and if there are any questions. I am a senior who has been retired for many years. I do like to do my own mowing in the summer to keep active, but if it is too hot or I am not feeling well, they come and do in 1/2 hour what would take me several hours to do. I don't know how his prices compare as I have never used anyone else. Always liked to do everything myself when I could.
