Scheduled in advance. Dropped off 45 minutes early. They were not open yet but they came out and accepted us with a smile. Vehicle was finished on time. No flaws, quality workmanship. Asked for military discount, no official policy but got a few dollars off :)

Auto Detailing Service
won a free express detailing gift certificate. Very poor job vacuuming, left alot of dirt and dust behind in cup holders, under emergency brake, dashboard. I had to re-do the inside of my windshield and there are still streaks - looks like they did the windows with a dirty rag - owner/manager had attitude, very unprofessional. Giving away freebies is my idea of your opportunity to put your best foot forward to promote repeat business.
