Sharpening-C&L offers the following services: We sharpen knives, scissors, lawnmower blades, and just about any other sharp metal item in your home. Our specialties are standard kitchen to professional Chef knives of all types and sizes with European or Asian edge bevel angles. Ceramic knives as well. We use the finest Japanese whetstones and diamond stones available to achieve a razor sharp edge that lasts. I have an extensive backroad in mechanical engineering and metallurgy from high carbon steel to laminated Damascus-VG10 core steel.
We do not sharpen carbide tipped circular saw blades or chainsaw blades.
