When hiring them, they claim that they were skilled in backing up generators but the technician did not know anything about that . Would not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment with frank ( owner of business . Not only was he prompt in responding to my inquiry, but he also accommodated my preferred time slot. Additionally, I found his pricing to be very reasonable considering the quality of service provided.

Frank was very professional, great communication and worked with my budget to get the job done. He showed up on time and started working independently and completed the job within the discussed time frame. I would highly recommend and plan on using him again for future projects.

Installed the wrong door not up to code. Is now ignoring me. They also installed my attic insulation upside down. They did not finish installing my doorbell and left open wires out. Would not use this company. They should know better.

We brought in Frank on an emergency basis to fix a malfunctioning gate opener; it failed again within 24 hours. There has so far been no response to my request that Frank return to fix the gate although he had assured me he would. :300 dollars wasted so far. We are very unhappy with the customer service!

Stay away from this company. Most of the reviews are bogus. Home Advisor suggests that their companies are screened. I called to complain, but they were not interested my suggestion to suspend them. According to Poughkeepsie, NY Planning Department officials, this company is not licensed for electrical work. As far as professionalism, I could have fared better with some trained fleas. Electrical panel was left unmarked, water heater timer had two conductor wire used instead of three, leaky water connections using shark bite were improperly installed. They are not skilled tradesmen. Caveate emptor.

My Main breaker blew out and literally burned up my whole circuit panel at 10:15PM on Wednesday night; I called Scrubbs the next morning and they were ontime, professional and got me up and running in time for Thursday night NFL games...same day service!

They were Professional Efficient and Extremely easy to work with. If needed... we would call them again.
