Was given a 12-5 Window on a Saturday for them to come to house to do the job. Received 4-5 e-mails before the appointment
with all sorts of confirmation info.
They called to say they had a cancellation, they got here around 10:30 AM. The installer was very professional and did the job in the time he said he would (less than 2 hours).
He went so far as to inform me of a small problem he had re-installing my rear view mirror. He said he did something to get around the issue but wanted to inform me of it anyway. Told me that if an issue should arise with the rear-view that I should call the office and ask to speak to his boss so that some other fix could be arranged.
I was impressed by this. As someone who tackles household projects, I understand that things don't always work as you had planned. You sometimes need to create fixes as you go. At least now I know that they had an issue and they 'own it'. No surprises, just letting me know up front just in case.
The price was reasonable ($0.00) as this was done under insurance.
I guess the final judge will be when I go through the car wash, or it rains. I was told to wait 3 days before going to the car wash.
