We hired them to deliver our living room sectional and discard the pre existing living room sectional . The company assured us that they would move it to the dumpsters as per agreement. When we went outside the owner and helpers left the furniture in front of the home. Sadly they was already paid we made several attempts to call and text no answer. How horrifying could a company do that to someone . Now someone else had to be paid again to move the old furniture that?s left on my lawn . Never again will stick with professional companies At least you are guaranteed service .

These guys were amazing! Andrew was very responsive and helpful over the phone with a clear quote and helping me before the move in day. On that day, they arrived on time (i was running a few minutes behind) but they got the job done in under the quoted time, and even helped me to rearrange each room how i wanted to make it easier for me to unpack. Andrew and Ronnie wrapped every piece of furniture so nothing was damaged. I would love to recommend Safe and Sound to anyone and I've already had a friend use them as well!
