Here at Royal Pools & Spas, Inc., we pride ourselves on providing the Hudson Valley with excellent service for over 50 years. Whether it is new above ground pools, new Spas, above ground pool liners and repairs or service to all above and in ground pools and spas, we will take care of it! We open and close all pools and Spas. Excellent customer service is our #1 priority. All of our work is done by our own employees. We do not use contractors so you can be assured that we stand behind all of our work. We look forward to working with you.

We bought an $18,000 above the ground pool and 35 days later it is falling apart. The lining broke due to a defective installation and they do not want to change the lining. The warranty that they are offering is putting a patch on the hole. They are all wrinkled. Very poor job.
