I had made an appt. with Roscha Pools to install an above ground 27' pool but due to heavy rain on the install date, my appointment had to be rescheduled. Less than 4 days later, when the weather had cleared and all was dry, the team arrived. I feel this is important to mention, as I didn't have to wait weeks to be rescheduled.....they took care of right away. Ron, his team moved swiftly and non-stop, and encountered not problems. Everything began as I started my breakfast and before lunch, was all completed and cleaned up! I am now looking out at my beautiful new pool : )))) Thank you Ron and Roscha Pools for a job well done! I am looking forward to enjoying my pool this summer and for many summers to come!! I would definitely recommend Roscha to install your pool.

I wish other contractors were as professional and courteous as Roscha. I was quoted a time frame of 1-3pm and was surprised when they showed up at one. Ron gave me the breakdown of their prices which I was already given an estimate on when I initially contacted them. There were no surprises.

It was a pleasure to make an appointment based on the pool delivery date. All of the information was exchanged over the phone including pricing. Rob, Sandy and the rest of the crew arrived at the appointed time and immediately got to work. They all were in constant motion like a well oiled organized machine. Everything went smoothly even when we ran into a snag, Rob was the ultimate patient professional. Viola! We have a pool. Upon completion of the install they cleaned up the area and handed me all the pertinent manuals that came with the pool and were on their way. I would definitely use Roscha again. Thanks Guys!

It went fine. If you are buying a new pool, give yourself plenty of time for delivery, permits and weather.

Pool destroyed six years later. Liner started to slip second season. We lived with it. Replacing liner this season, discovered how shoddy the installation was. The liner was never inserted in bead, but simply hooked over top of wall. All weight went on wall, and none on supports. Bottom is crushed. Used pvc not rated for outdoor use for under pool plumbing.

The installation crew was on time (5/20/2006, 6:45AM), and completed the job on time. The crew chief, Ron Irvin, assured me that a dent in the pool wall would disappear as the pool filled with water I was supplying via garden hose. I filled the pool with about 8500 gallons of water, and the dent is still there. It is at the end of the pool closest to my house, and is about 6"x15" elliptical. I have spoken to a Roscha contact, a woman named Roshay, at 845-464-6023, and she has given me assurances that she would take care of it, calling Patrick, etc., but have had no results yet. I still have a dent in the wall of my pool.
