Ronald H. Price & Sons were hired by me to repair problems with my neoprene (plastic) septic tank. The tank was installed improperly by a different vendor, so the top of the lid was collapsing under the weight of the soil cover. Ronald H. Price & Sons excavated the entire top and part of the sides of the tank to ensure it was structurally sound. They had to pop the top of the tank back into shape since it was depressed (like popping the dents out of a plastic milk jug), install stiffener supports inside the tank to prevent future collapse, repair a broken baffle on the outlet side, repair a sinking outlet pipe that went out to the leach fields, pump the tank, replace the two lids that had warped due to the partial collapse, and install risers. They arrived 15 minutes early, met with me quickly to review the scope of work planned, and within minutes, the excavator was digging up the tank. I was particularly impressed with the precision of their equipment operator, who only excavated exactly what was needed to expose the tank, and was able to put the soil back without marring up the rest of the lawn. The other gentleman who worked in the hole, on top and around the tank, took great care in getting the tank back to its original shape and installing the stiffener supports accurately. They gave this job their undivided attention, as if they were working on their own house. No one pulled out cell phones to text or stood around chatting; they worked steadily and with purpose. This is a family run business (father and two sons) that was recommended to me by an estimator in the construction field. I am so pleased that I was fortunate enough to find a contractor I can trust and would recommend them without hesitation.
