Job went off splendidly. Frank was on site every day along with his crew. They all are a delight to have around. It's obvious Frank knows his business, and came to me by word of mouth recommendation from some half dozen people. I was not disappointed. He was prompt for the appointment to provide an estimate, and very helpful in providing info to allow me to select the proper material and color, including offering other houses that I could view to see his work. The job started on time (early, actually, to my delight since he had a cancellation, but I had also requested a "done date" which he was happy to hit. The guys worked hard and solidly even through high heat and humidity, promptly starting each day and cleaning up the worksite at the end of each day. The roof was removed and replaced in sections so that the house was always weather-tight, and tools/materials secured against summer storms each night. The job was about 2800 square feet, in four sections, so it was a 2-week job and it was completed on time.In addition, Frank and his guys were happy to help with minor things like replacing floodlights on the second story since they were already "up there". They also did a fantastic job renovating the cupola and replacing it; I had thought it would be the end of it. I would heartily recommend his work and company.
