 + -1 morePatrick Towne, the owner of the company, has been plowing snow for us this winter, and it's such a welcome change from the fellow we had before, for whom we were just another person on a list, and who didn't really care much about how well the job was done. Patrick, on the other hand, is careful, conscientious, and couldn't be a nicer guy.
