It went very smoothly. Oneil was always available by phone or by email. What impressed me the most was his reaction when he learned that I was worried about the roof before he was able to begin the job. It had been dry for a week or two and then a big rain was predicted. I didn't want the damaged roof to get wet again. As soon as I told him, he rushed over the same day and covered the whole roof with a huge tarp. This was several days before he was free to begin working. That was really great. Also, he and his crew are friendly and professional.
