Honest, trustworthy and reliable. I worked with Marlenys Construction over several months to complete a full/major home renovation including kitchen, bath, floors, painting and much more, both interior and exterior and have also visited some of their other job sites. They do everything interior and exterior. They do quality work and truly value their clients. One of the repairs I needed in the basement was misdiagnosed by 7 other contractors with repair estimates ranging from the thousands to tens of thousands. Marlenys was very responsive, they came the same day I called, they accurately diagnosed the problem, provided an estimate for an affordable solution and made a temporary repair for free until they could come back to do the full repair. In this moment I saw not only how much they value their clients but also how skilled they were by solving a problem 7 other contractors misdiagnosed. I am grateful to have worked with them and look forward to working with them in the future.
