Tom Klug was highly responsive, got back to me within a few hours regarding my need for qualified realtor. He listened carefully to our requirements in a house and was never condescending or abrupt. We have just put in an offer for one of the homes he showed us--we are keeping our fingers crossed that we get the house. But if not, I know he will help us find one we like just as much.

Tom "The Expediter" Klug got things done as quickly as possible. The house was first listed mid-February and closing was the end of April. If I had a question he got back to me immediately. He was patient and helpful when this was my first experience selling a house. He had recommendations for local service providers and phone numbers. He was shockingly speedy. The best example is how he handled some mortgage contingencies. The mortgage was granted on Monday but with contingencies. Tom called me that night with a price and a plan. The work was done Tuesday. So when my lawyer asked Thursday how I wished to handle the contingencies I was able to assure her that they were already dealt with.

I met Tom while looking at a foreclosure I was thinking of buying and after a couple of minutes knew I wanted him to be showing me all my houses.  He's a laid back, no pressure salesman who isn't afraid to give you an honest opinion even if it's not in his best interest.

Tom is patient too - the process of buying a house, especially a foreclosure (which he's very good at closing sales for on both sides) is a long one with lots of pitfalls.  He knows them all and stays in contact with you daily to see if you need help, advice, encouragement, or even a contractor or plumber.

He knows EVERYONE!  Without Tom I wouldn't have made it through my sale.  Tom put me in touch with insurance agents, contractors, plumbers and inspectors - all with personal connections and with great prices.  Things could have gone South very quickly, but with Tom's help we got through.

If you want advice from a professional - someone that sells houses for a living and not just a side job for extra cash, Tom is your guy.  He runs his own business and knows that the personal touch he offers is what makes him successful and puts him well above the giant realty broker houses.  He has the knowledge and experience to get you through a tough time.

Tom won't give up, and stuck with me through some tough times purchasing my home.  I couldn't have done it without him!

We are still in the process, however all is going well.  I am extremely picky - looking for exactly the right property.  I have issues with my property that I need to resolve.
