+ -1 moreHe installed my awning in 2010. In 2011 in April he came back to put the awing up for the season. I took the awning down and in December 2012 he and picked up the awing to clean it. I spoke to him in mid March and told him I was ready to put the awning up. He said he hadn't got the awning back but he would call us in the beginning of April to set up a time to have the awining put back up. We never heard from him and he is now not answering or returning my calls. I have left at least 7 messages on his cell, office, and 800 numbers.
Description of Work: He came and picked up my awing to have it cleaned.
