The camera was returned very clean and service was excellent.  I received the camera back in one and one half weeks instead of the three weeks that I was told when I took the camera in.  I don't usually purchase extended warranties, but I am glad I did this time.  Canon's warranty was only 90 days and Geek Squad's warranty also covers the camera for accidental damage.

THEY BASICALLY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND THEY WERE STRAIGHT FORWARD. THAT IS A VERY RARE AND VERY GOOD THING. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THEY ARE COMPETENT AND CONFIDENT. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP ON TIME, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB FIXING THE PROBLEM.
