 + -1 moreI gave John no advanced warning to schedule time to repair my laptop. I happened to be in town, visiting with family and called him to help me with my dying laptop. He made time for me with my challenging travel plans and completely repaired the laptop to a condition better than when I purchased it new. There were various hidden problems and I thought the laptop would need replacing. John had the laptop and with-in a 24 hour period, he returned it to me completely restored to peek working performance. If you have any questions or challenges with your laptop, I highly recommend John to help you with yours.
Description of Work: John needed to clean the laptop completely out and restored it to original factory settings. The registry was incorrect and he was able to fix it. John improved the overall performance and speed of the laptop. He removed unnecessary programs running in the background. John updated all Microsoft updates from 2006. He reloaded required programs. He loaded new anti-virus programs. John also loaded programs to keep malware and pop-ups from creating havoc. Loaded new programs to stream movies. He created a file to help me understand how to run the new programs that I not yet familiar with.
