 + -1 morePatrick is fully capable, friendly, savvy, responsive, and sensitive. He diagnosed the structural issues on our older home with ease. We needed a new foundation on half our house, as well as other problems resolved. He made solid, smart suggestions. He completed the repairs very nicely at reasonable costs. If we ever needed additional structural repairs, I would certainly contact him again! In fact, when we redo the siding in a few years, I will likely seek an estimate.

Description of Work: He installed a drainage system around the house because the basement was flooding. He also installed a sub-floor downstairs.

Description of Work: Patrick and his crew did quite a bit of work for us. The work included replacing wood siding and making it match existing siding, replacing windows, new roofing, replacing lots of rotted wood, rebuilding a basement entrance and installing drainage. Patrick is very attentive to the quality of work that his crew performs. We intend to have them back to do quite a bit more.
