Patrick is fully capable, friendly, savvy, responsive, and sensitive. He diagnosed the structural issues on our older home with ease. We needed a new foundation on half our house, as well as other problems resolved. He made solid, smart suggestions. He completed the repairs very nicely at reasonable costs. If we ever needed additional structural repairs, I would certainly contact him again! In fact, when we redo the siding in a few years, I will likely seek an estimate.
