Good no unnecessary testing and he was fine in 2 days. Gave him doggie Advil which helped

The vet thought he might have gingivitis and prescribed an antibiotic. Labwork was done on Saturday and I wasn't called until the next friday at noon - I was told at that time that my dog was in acute renal failure. I asked when the labs had come in and was told they came in on Tuesday but were placed in the vets box and she wasn't in until Friday. My dog died that day.

She had a heart murmur, but that was not the problem. They took two x-rays but did not find anything. They will get the blood work back tomorrow and we will know more then. They explained everything, answered all of our questions and gave us different options. They were wonderful.

I have no complaints with the animal hospital at all. They've always done an exceptional job for us.

It went fabulous!  This vet's office is superb.  Not one time did I feel pressured to expend more than I was comfortable with.  The doctor, Rebecca, is terrific - both cats were unbelievably calm and relaxed.  Not one problem or issue.  Fast, efficient, perfect visit.

I have been going here for about 14 years with many pets.  The doctors and staff are incredibly skilled and compassionate.

Today, 16 June 14, Dr Roterson treated our feline.

Dr. Peterson is always very thorough, kind to my dog and explains in layman's terms what he is doing.  He is thorough, yet isn't an alarmist. He has been my vet for over 10 years and I have never left his office feeling like I paid too much or that my dogs didn't get the best care possible.

The one vet that we use is very good. We use him for 10 years.

Staff is very friendly when we check in. The wait never is too long. The vet is friendly, explains what she is doing/ finding. Discusses possible care issue. Animal tech assistant friendly and kind to animal.

Community Animal Hospital has been "home" to my dogs for quite somel time.  I have never had an unpleasant visit at Community and this one was no exception.  The highlight, naturally, are the treats which usually come at the end  of each exam!

The professionalism, care and compasson extended by Dr. Peterson and his staff are second to none.  You could not place your precious ones into better hands.

They did their best with my dying dog. I had the utmost faith in them. They came through with the latest technologies. They are a very progressive hospital. I could not have asked for better care for my dog. The staff is nice and they shared in our grief with all of their hearts. The only reason I left was because they are just too expensive. If you don't care how much you spend on your animals then I would recommend them. I have multiple animals and the prices with some things are to the point of being unreasonable. I will never forget their kindness to us during our difficult time though. I also would like to add they saved my brother' dogs after they got into a bottle of ibuprofen. Again, it is just the price. I am now at a different vet and am very happy.

I have brought my two dogs here for about six months. During that time, the treatment my dogs received has been good. We have mostly seen Dr. Rutherford and she has always been attentive and informative. This review is regarding one of the office staff who was working today when I picked my dog up from having dental work. I have a four year old son who has ADHD and language/processing issues. His behavior is at times difficult to deal with. He was struggling today and was very hyperactive. The woman who took us into the office was highly inappropriate and unprofessional and actually raised her voice at my son and put her hands on him to turn him around when he turned away from her. You are not dealing with a dog here, this is a human being and she stepped over the line. I was shocked. I have never had anyone treat my child this way. There seems to be a lack of knowledge and overall ignorance on the part of this woman and she really should educate herself and not judge children as simply having "bad" behavior when something else might be going on. I will never go to this veterinarian again.

Dr. Rider performed physicals on 2 of my cats followed by oral surgery on both of them.  She couldn't have been kinder or gentler in her attention and concern to them.  I always get a follow up call the next day from the office after a procedure but she called herself and was very patient in answering all of my questions and concerns.  I wish she treated humans I would be her first patient!

They are very reliable and we trust them.  They are very caring and the veterinarian and the staff there go out of their way to make sure that the animals are healthy.  Price wise they are very reasonable.

The vet at Community Animal Hospital is excellent. He performed a full examination and ordered diagnostic tests. He diagnosed the problem and prescribed medication. The dog is doing much, much better now. The doctor explained everything. He called us back a couple of times to see how the dog was doing. He laid out a treatment plan that had multiple steps on it. He's always been excellent in communicating what our options are and honoring our decisions at every point. Sometimes, I wish my medical doctor was as good.
