I thought that Arlington Animal Hospital did an excellent job overall on both occasions that I visited them. When I initially stopped for flea supplies they gave me extra info (beyond just my products) on how to rid my house entirely of fleas. On my second visit with my dog they were very friendly to him. The doctor took measures to make my dog feel comfortable as he is extremely afraid of people and doesn't do well in pet exams. Though my dog was never entirely comfortable, as that is his nature, he didn't bark and let the nurse hold him while the doctor administered his shot. It was a painless experience compared to what I had expected. The shot itself was $20 dollars and the exam was $45 dollars. I would recommend this animal hospital.

I brought my ferret there who was lethargic and not acting right. It was the middle of the night so I had to bring him to the closest emergency clinic. They wouldn't run any tests until I paid up front for them! My bill was up to $1,000 and I had reached my budget. At that time they had told me he may have had lymphoma. That if I didn't have the money to pay for anything else there wasn't anything else they could do for him. If I could not pay for the long term pain medication and drugs they would just put him to sleep. They had no compassion what so ever and all they cared about was the money and not how sick the animal is or what is in the animals best interest! I would never use them or recommend them to anyone!!!

THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. WE HAVE TWO DOGS THAT REQUIRE MEDICAL CARE AND MONITORING FREQUENTLY, SO THEY KNOW US VERY WELL. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY ARE CARING AND COMPASSIONATE WITH OUR DOGS.

I HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THE VET WAS VERY GENTLE WITH MY LITTLE POOCH WHO WAS MORE THAN A BIT SCARED. HE WAS SORE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND THE VET WANTED US TO BRING HIM RIGHT IN TO CHECK HIM AGAIN.
