They can not find the correct records and insist the 20K maintenance was done. Even though we showed the service slip showing the service performed. Then it took forever to do the service. When questioned about the tie and the record keeping the service agent replied we could go to another Toyota dealer. THE SERVICE department stinks. There are numerous complaints about the service department by local people.

it should not take 80 minutes to change the oil in my car.when i do it myself at home with crude equipment it takes me 20 minutes.

We have used TJ Toyota since 1998, and this is our second car purchased from and serviced by them. They are always professional and have maintained our vehicles well. They keep good records of when service was performed and this helps us keep up with things. The multi- point inspections are helpful in assuring that we are not overlooking something before it becomes serious. Regular maintenance like this visit are typically completed in about 30 minutes if you are waiting. I appreciate the option of getting a ride to work and leaving the car for service. Their new waiting areas offer the option of the TV area as well as a quiet area with internet and computer hookups.
