Raiden was very friendly and knowledgeable. My repair request was challenging as I have a very old house with outdated plumbing. He explained everything about the repairs before starting each one and the cost was quite reasonable. I have already recommended Night Owl Drain Cleaning to 2 family members.

Raiden came on time and was very professional. He arrived with a mask which made us feel safer. I had sent him the requested pictures of the part that was leaking so he showed up with the exact part and went right to work. He fixed a leaky sink, too. He was friendly and polite. I definitely would call him again!

Quickly responded, resolved the issue short term and was able to fix the bigger problem in our sink to keep the problem from happening again in the future. Highly recommend to others.

Very professional and curious

Night Owl was quick to respond and be on site. We had a a leaking cast iron 4" sanitary line and a clogged pipe (problems with a 140 year old house!). Raiden was quick to review, get back with an estimate, and fast to start the job. Not an easy job due to old construction and restricted space to work. We removed all the old cast iron drain pipe that ran in the basement with PVC, and also the drains up to the downstairs sink and toilet . He was easy to work with, the job was done professionally and in a reasonable timeframe. The sanitary drain was cleaned all the way out to the village pipes. I would not hesitate to hire him for any plumbing issues.

It was nice to have a repair person respond , & timely. He came twice when he said he would, within a week he replaced an old drain.

My project was with a hot tub and he did not have experience with them. I had a leak and he applied silicone only. Raiden is a nice gentleman and was on time. Little high priced I thought.

they came in to clear a drain clog and had to remove old pipiing and replace it and it turned out more of a project than expected but no complaints they did it all with expertise, more work they expected but got it done and good to go , its a old house built in 1928 so was a challenge but it was done in a timely fashion with alot of knowledge to get it done correctly. I highly recommend this company!!

When I called him, it was late at night. He actually answered the phone and was at my house within 20 minutes or so. He arrived, went right to work, cleared the clog drain and helped me out. I would definitely recommend him to anybody.
