Having no idea of what to expect I just sat back and let the work happen. He had all of the necessary equipment to do a complete and thorough inspection.
He crawled into spaces, he climbed the ladder, he looked in and around, and under everything.
At one point he got back up on his ladder to address a question he had on one part of the roof. He gave suggestions on things that I would need to update parts of the house.
He asked pertinent questions to be sure all areas were covered, and after the couple of hours it took, he filed a completed document.
Mr. Hatcher is an extremely professional inspector and although a bit quiet in his inspection, it was obvious his concentration was very important. I so appreciated the thorough inspection he did.
I was very comfortable knowing he covered every inch of the house.
