Architectural Service
Working with his firm did not go well at all. He basically took my wife's flat drawings of the garage addition and turned them into blueprints. There were several design issues that we needed assistance with and he either offered no solutions or solutions that just did not make sense.
He also came on site for a meeting and was not prepared at all and ended up just repeating the same things that were covered in our initial meeting with him. He did charge us for that too.
Things got to a point that I asked in writing for his company to stop work on the plans. He ignored that request and continued to work on things that we no longer required. I finally had to request from him in writing to terminate the contract. We did not go to court to fight this because we did not have the time and instead elected to pay him for what he claims he provided us. Again, we received nothing of value from him after spending $2,500.00.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
