We completed the first three steps in two weekends. A late Saturday night email to them resulted in a Monday morning insulation job. We had taken care of the problem and the closing happened on time.
We are thoroughly satisfied. The only small glitch is that it seemed the communication (email and billing) could have been a tad faster.

I have a 100+ year old victorian that I am upgrading and renovating, I actually learned of Aeon through the NY SERDA energy efficiency programs. I contacted them after having been approved for services through NY SERDA to update my home. They were quick and professional. They were also extremely well versed in the SERDA programs and were able to quickly help me complete my SERDA loan application and documents.
After my initial consultation, walk through, and document review with Jon, everything went smoothly. They began in the basement and provided spray foam to cap my basement walls and reduce air from escaping between the foundation and wooden walls. This provided a better overall feel for the home and kept the air stovepiped in the house instead of escaping laterally.
Jon did a great job of explaining the process and how it would improve the conditions in my home in simple terms that were easily understood, but not so simplified that it insulted my intelligence.
The work continued with them sealing and reworking a portion of my duct work to ensure that my furnace was more efficient and air wasn't escaping between joints in the ducts. Additionally, on the same day they were able to complete the re-insulation of my attic space which made a dramatic difference in heating and cooling my home.
The final upgrade was insulating all of the exterior walls. This took several days to place fill holes and determine the best possible position to fill from and then complete the insulation fill process. It was still completed within three days which exceeded the stated timeline. They were quick, efficient, and professional.
Even after the fact when I'd had a clean up issue they responded quickly and effectively. They came out to clean up some spray foam that had continued to expand in a wall crack and had become rather unsightly. They trimmed it down flush with the wall, and cleaned it up to present an even and neat appearance.
In the front office, Kaye was quick to respond to calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner.
I definitely recommend Aeon to anyone who needs energy efficiency upgrades, heating, or A/C related work. I already have plans for their continued employment in the future.

They told us the job would start in two weeks, two MONTHS later they showed up and did a partial installation. After installing some of the furnace, they stopped showing up without notification. A few weeks later they returned (not always the same workers) to 'finish up'. The furnace was incredibly loud, and we asked them to address the issue. They ignored us entirely, and then when we called back to remind them of this they send a worker out to take a look. He did nothing, but they billed us an additional $90 for the 'service call.'
