This was done in the last hot spell, deck faced west so it was grueling yet he didn't start until 8:30 allowing us to sleep. He was extremely easy to work with and accommodating . Put in a new ledger board to replace the old one. Work was done in a week and looks terrific. Worksite was left clean and tidy. We had priced all the materials on our own and found his price to be quite fair.
