 + -1 moreThis was done in the last hot spell, deck faced west so it was grueling yet he didn't start until 8:30 allowing us to sleep. He was extremely easy to work with and accommodating . Put in a new ledger board to replace the old one. Work was done in a week and looks terrific. Worksite was left clean and tidy. We had priced all the materials on our own and found his price to be quite fair.
Description of Work: Old deck was wobbly, ugly, not to code and 9 feet off the ground. Chad removed the old material and took it away except for the useable wood which he saved for us per our instructions. He then installed a new Trex deck and railing according to current code. We are on clay so he had Technopost come in and put in footings down to 7 feet to avoid previous frost heave problems.
