Chuck Pacewicz performed a thorough analysis of our basement area and inspection regarding borderline radon readings. He was very patient and provided a complete and easy-to-understand description of what is required to mitigate the levels. I asked him several questions and he was very prompt with his responses. We signed a contract and will retest levels for verification before proceeding. I was very impressed with Chuck and recommend his services for any inspection issues.

Advanced Home Inspection was hired for this inspection service. Chuck Packevicz has decades of home inspection experience which was very helpful as the home he was inspecting was built in the 18th century. He did a superb inspection and provided a detailed report. I was very impressed with his knowledge and experiences with older homes, and found the overall inspection service to be very satisfactory!
