The only thing I can say good about them is they have beautiful tiles. Their show room has some beautiful tiles and I give them a C rating so far. He does everything that you want but its the timeliness that is the issue. The professionalism, the plummer is excellent, the tile person is professional but the electrician is fair so it would be hard to rate professionalism. I probably would not use them again because of the punctuality.
